Conference Connections has organised the Annual Conference of the National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals (NAPD) since NAPD was established in 1999. In addition to organising our Annual Conference for 500 delegates in key conference venues in Galway, Killarney and Kilkenny, Conference Connections has also organised our National Symposia for between 100 and 150 delegates in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham as well as a General Board Meeting of the European School Heads Association (ESHA) with delegates for 27 European countries.
